The Problem:
Science must prove itself 100% correct to be accepted as true; otherwise, by default, it is false. However, even when shown to be true, it must be repeatable. Religion must be proven 100% wrong to be accepted as false; otherwise, by default, it is true. However, even when shown to be false, it is defended by the Devil and made true again. "The Devil put that there to deceive you," is the defense that makes the Devil the most important character in any religion -- while God is needed for Creation, the Devil is needed to defend it. |
